Omakase Sushi House
Knife, rice, and fish — nothing more, nothing less. Tsuki brings the quiet ritual of a Tokyo sushi counter to four cities across America.
The Tsuki Way
There is a certain hush to a great sushi counter — the tap of the knife, the warmth of the rice, the chef's quiet nod. We built Tsuki to recreate that feeling, so an ordinary Tuesday can become a trip across the ocean.
Fish flies in from Toyosu Market and trusted local docks daily. If it isn't right, it isn't served.
Aged, cured, and seasoned the old way. Every piece is finished by hand and placed in front of you.
Sit an arm's length from the itamae. Watch, ask, and eat at the rhythm the chef sets.
Four Counters, Four Cities
Each room is different, but the ritual is the same. Choose a city and reserve your seat at the counter.

Before You Visit
We strongly recommend it. Counter seats are limited and the omakase is timed, so most evenings sell out in advance. A small number of walk-in bar seats open each night on a first-come basis.
